A Goan dish which has Portugese influence, this curry partners complex spices with the punch of large, dried red chillies and coconut. Delicious with either beef or lamb.
Medium to hot level of spice
500g approx of diced beef or lamb
1 x Xacuti base sauce
1 x Xacuti main sauce
1 x Plain butter naan bread
1 x coconut garnish
